Administrative Assistant

Clean. Organized. Distinctive.

Duties Include:

· Gathering details, documents and information from employees, other departments, clients, or management.

· Answer the telephone in a professional manner and answer inquiries. 

· Transfer calls to the proper department.

· Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.

· Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.

· Entering and updating information into relevant databases.

· Handling additional duties from time to time.


· At least two years of administrative experience.

·  We are looking for a positive, detail-oriented, solution-focused person to help manage day-to-day operations.

·  Confidential, organizational, and customer service skills are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly.

· Familiarity with office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
