Custom Cabinet Service Technician

Duties Include:

We are looking for a Custom Cabinetry Service Technician to grow with our team. This person will work collaboratively with our Cabinet Designers and Field Operations Manager, as well as independently on assigned projects. We are looking for a motivated person with strong communication skills and great attention to detail.

  • Assist Field Operations Manager and Cabinet Designers as required
  • Take accurate field measurements as needed
  • Replace damaged/back ordered parts
  • Install appliance panels
  • Install hardware
  • Must be able to install and cut trim moldings/crown/light rail/riser/sub-moldings, etc.
  • Inspect warranty issues, diagnose issues
  • Address punch list items immediately after install is complete
  • Take photos & complete service tickets – send to office admin for review

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • US work authorization
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
